저희는 수산물용 백오피스를 모든 신선식품을 위한 백오피스로 바꿨습니다. 이제 고객 성공팀은 카탈로그 전체를 일괄로 온보딩합니다.

## in-place

식품마다 설명하는 방식이 다릅니다. 생선은 어종과 크기로. 요거트는 맛으로, 열 가지 맛이 나머지는 모두 같습니다. 채소는 크기 등급과 팔레트로. 그리고 체인은 한 단위로 사서 매장에는 다른 단위로 판매합니다. 세부 하나만 틀려도 상품은 주문할 수도, 추적할 수도 없습니다.

저희 창업자는 플랫폼 팀에 있을 때 백오피스 전체를 Retool로 구축했습니다. 그 백오피스는 생선을 훤히 알았습니다. 하지만 요거트 열 개는 중복 열 개로 보였고, 채소의 크기 등급은 들어갈 자리가 없었습니다.

저희는 공급업체를 온보딩하는 플랫폼의 고객 성공팀, 그리고 플랫폼과 API를 운영하는 엔지니어들과 함께 일했습니다.

**모든 도구에 새 표준을.** 플랫폼은 업계 전체를 위한 데이터 표준을 정의했습니다. 130개 열과 수천 개의 기준값입니다. 저희는 플랫폼의 맞춤형 도구 전반에 그 로직을 다시 구축해, 들어오는 모든 상품이 표준을 따르게 했습니다.

**일괄 등록과 갱신.** 공급업체의 카탈로그 전체를 한 번에 불러오며, 중복과 변형 상품을 구분합니다. 그런 다음 수백 개 상품의 가격, 라벨 등 세부 정보를 한꺼번에 바꿉니다.

**권한 설정.** 각 구매자가 어떤 상품을 주문할 수 있는지, 여러 상품과 여러 구매자에 대해 한 번에 설정합니다. 체인과 그 매장들에 필요한 기능입니다.
