一个法国内衣品牌通过多家 Shopify 店铺销售，每组国家一家，此外还有电商平台和自营门店。要维持这样的运营，每天都有大量操作：价格、库存、促销、图片、客户，每一项都要在所有店铺之间保持同步。品牌需要一个平台来统一处理这些操作。我们为这个平台打造了应用门户，把其中 13 个应用提升到更好的使用体验和生产标准，并培训了团队。

## in-place

多年来用 PHP 编写的大量自动化程序承担着实际工作：在各家店铺之间更新价格、库存和商品。它们能用，但没有一个共同的界面来运行它们，也没有记录什么时候运行了什么、结果如何。

对团队来说，这意味着没有好办法处理集团的各项运营：每项任务都有各自的文件、脚本或工具，彼此外观和用法各不相同，也没有任何东西把它们整合在一起。

## objectives

1. 一个平台承载品牌在所有店铺的全部运营。
2. 一个共同的界面：团队自己执行操作，每次运行都留下记录。
3. 安全：每位用户只看到为其准备的应用，改动只有在就绪后才会推送给用户。
4. 让人乐于使用、又能在生产环境中信赖的工具。

**应用门户。** 一个首页，每位用户在这里找到自己有权使用的工具，平台井然有序：权限默认关闭，测试环境与生产环境分开，发布的版本可以回滚。

**13 个应用，可投入生产。** 它们共同覆盖品牌的日常运营：库存、价格、促销、所有店铺的客户，以及一个为所有店铺和电商平台供图的图片库。它们为运营人员在自动化程序之上提供了界面，每次运行都留下记录。全部基于同一套框架构建，只在就绪后发布。

**团队培训。** 围绕真实需求开展实操课程，让品牌团队用同样的方式构建和维护后续的应用。

## result

品牌已让运营人员全部用上这个平台。如今他们从同一个应用门户自主管理所有这些流程，而过去他们要依赖别人替他们运行脚本。
