一家全球奢侈品葡萄酒与烈酒集团把承载其欧洲商业承诺的系统交给了我们。每份合同都在我们用 Retool 构建的应用中生成和审批，通过 DocuSign 签署，然后录入 SAP。

## in-place

合同和审批原先运行在 SharePoint 和 Nintex 上，每个国家、每类流程各有一套配置。它维护复杂，已不再受支持，速度慢，也无法继续演进：最多四级审批，签署状态并不总能回传，缺席期间也无法委托他人审批。当集团推出 Retool，用于在集团及旗下各品牌部署定制业务应用时，这个系统自然成了第一个。

1. 一套系统覆盖每个品牌、每个市场。
2. 各市场自行构建合同和审批流程，审批层级按需设置。
3. 每项申请都能走到签署并录入 SAP，无需任何人推动。

## did

**工作流与合同生成器。** 每个市场自行构建和修改自己的流程和合同类型，使用自己的模板和规则。一个审批步骤可以交给一个人，也可以交给一个小组，由一人批准即可或须全员批准。新流程可以复制现有流程作为起点。

**所有申请和合同集中一处。** 申请人能找到可发起或跟进的每个流程；审批人能看到所有待办事项，并可通过安全邮件直接审批。合同表单会根据市场和合同类型自动调整，客户和产品信息从 SAP 读取，还能识别重复申请。

**流转引擎。** 它推动每项申请完成各级审批，生成合同，通过 DocuSign 发送签署，并一直跟进到签署完成，同时保留纸质签署的备用方案。随后把合同录入 SAP。每一步都留有审计记录：谁在何时批准了什么。

## result

如今，一套系统承载了每个品牌、十五个市场的合同和审批。每个市场无需开发人员就能构建自己的工作流和审批层级，每项申请都能走到签署并录入 SAP，无需任何人催办。
